Enrolment
Initial Procedure
Parents wishing to enrol their child for Erasmus School need to
provide:
- Application Form
completed and signed by both parents
- Copy of birth certificate
- A non-refundable Registration Fee of $300.00 including $5.00
GST. If your child is accepted and attends Erasmus School, $245 of
this sum will be offset against the first term’s pledge.
If the child is from overseas a Copy of Entry Visa to Australia
will also be required.
There are also medical
requirements.
A provisional acceptance will be given providing there is space
available in the appropriate year. If twenty pupils are already on
the list, the child’s name will be added to a waiting list and you
will be advised should the position change and a vacancy occur.
Children wishing to enter in grades higher than Prep Grade
(grade 1 to grade 6) may enter at any time in the school year
providing there is space in the class. If required, the child may
spend one day at school to ascertain compatibility for all.
Final Confirmation of Enrolment
Prospective parents are required to complete a Pledge Form one
month prior to the child starting school to confirm their
commitment to the financial and/or service contribution. The formal
acceptance will be issued when the Pledge form has been received
and ratified.
