Government of School
The Erasmus School was incorporated in 1995. The Board of
Governors has responsibility for the establishment of policy,
ensuring that the School operates on a sound basis, and that the
Headmaster, teachers and staff are properly supported in their
endeavors. The Headmaster attends the Board of Governors meeting
ex-officio.
The Headmaster is responsible for the daily management of the
School and chairs the Management Team. His responsibilities include
appointment of staff, formulation of School policy and curriculum
and the day-to-day management of the School. He currently teaches
some classes as well. Most of the teachers at
Erasmus School are students at the Melbourne School of
Philosophy.
